Great Guide for Anxious Teen Boys
This book stands out because it’s written by a teen, for teens. It’s relatable in a way that most adults could never manufacture, and it really comes out in the way the book is written. As far as practicality goes, the breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and social tips are all practical and easy to implement. Plus, the free extras (like printable tips and quick coping strategies) are a nice bonus! If you’re looking for a book that understands what it’s like to deal with anxiety as a teen – and actually helps – this is a solid choice.

It’s a relief to know this book is out there
As a freshman high school English teacher, I see how anxiety affects teens on a daily basis. Because of the overload of social media, you people are under more stress than ever before from peers. Author L.A. Murphy points out that stress is different from anxiety, but they are related. This book has lots of really good advice that can help young people cope with day to day life.

    Nicely Written by a teen
This book is unique because it’s written by a teen, for teens. While most self-help or guidebooks are authored by adults, this one offers a fresh and genuine perspective that truly connects with its audience. The author, facing the same challenges, pressures, and emotions as the readers, delivers a level of relatability and insight that adult perspectives simply can’t match.

    What a Fantastic Book!
I rarely rate a book a “5”, but Anxiety Relief for Teen Boys is so well written and full of great advice. It’s easy to read. It made me smile. The greatest part about this book is the voice of compassion and acceptance through the wisdom of the author. Then I realized it was written by a teen. What? Unbelievable! Great Job! I highly recommend this book. I think teen boys will love it too.

I struggled with anxiety in my teens, and I gotta say this book actually hits different from the usual self-help stuff. I actually got this to check it out before giving it to my little bro who’s been dealing with some anxiety lately, any chance of getting this in paperback ? My brother’s kind of rough with my Kindle and I don’t trust him with it lol.The author being a teen himself make the advice feel way more real and relatable – like when he talks about social media stress and freaking out before games, you can tell he’s actually been there. The practical tips about breathing exercises and body movements are super straightforward and actually work in real-world situations, like when you’re having a meltdown at school or before a big game. What really clicked for me was how it breaks down making friends and dealing with sports pressure without being preachy – just straight-up useful stuff that would’ve helped me tons back in high school. Even though I’m a bit older now, I’d definitely recommend this to any younger guys dealing with anxiety
