Very soft but sturdy leather, Extremely comfortable and cozy feeling like a big hug but but not tight. Good support for your head. When you are laying back or just sitting up reading a book on watching television, it also has. Good support for your legs and your in your feet and ankles. So they’re not hanging off but YouTube elevation. To lift. Your legs up a little better to help reduce swelling if your feet swells. Overall, I made a very good choin. Purchasing this chagreat value for the money that you spend. The only thing I could say negatively about it is that the remote control? That makes your legs and head go up-and-down. Seems to be backwards for the arrows on the remote..

Reasonable Response Time
I was NOT expecting a full refund for my product so it was a pleasant surprise to get. I’ve never filed a claim before and it was not easy to find out where the right screen was to do so. After several times of searching I located it. I was hesitant to purchase this protection but it certainly worth the money.

When I contacted Amazon, while the the customer service representative was nice and I was able to understand her, the information was wrong. After going back and forth with the seller of which I should have NEVER had to contact because I had my two year Asurion Protection Plan and after going back and forth with the seller for over two weeks I FINALLY get to Asurion and five days later I have the money to replace the defective item…AND of course I purchased Asurion Protection Plan for the New item. Thank you Asurion!!!

Protection plan claim process
The claim process was easy to initiate online or by calling the 800 number. Some basic information was gathered and then I submitted some photos of the broken chair. A day or two later a decision was made about the next step. In our case, the protection plan was going to pay out the warranty. We received a follow up email a day later with a link to be able to have the payout get directly credited to my Amazon account.
