company is NOT standing behind their warranty!!!
I purchased 2 sets of bar chairs and the protection warranty for both sets. I have filled out claims months ago and all the warranty company is NOT getting back to me. Each time I go to Asurion’s text line, Asurion keeps asking me for the same information over and over and over again and provides NO feedback as to the status of my claim. The chairs are falling apart, which is clear in the pictures that I continue to provide over and over again and NO response is extremely discouraging. I paid $70 for each warranty and I am NOT pleased with Asurion’s lack of concern, responsibility, and commitment to their coverage.

Refund for asurion protection
I contacted Amazon about a product I will be returning for defects. I asked about a refund for the protection plan I purchased. The Amazon representative contacted Asurion for me to get my refund. Asuncion reached back within less then an hour and approved my refund and I’ll have it back within 2-3 business days. Slow resolution
Filing my claim was easy, and at the end of filing my claim I thought it was resolved. However, I had to make several calls because the claim had to be refiled with a representative. I had every reason to believe that my claim was valid, but for whatever reason it wasn’t. That was very upsetting to me.

Poorly made furniture
I had paid for a assembler to put together these pieces of furniture for me. He ran into damages to severe to proceed. Returning the products was extremely difficult for me because of the weight and size of the shipping boxes. I contacted Amazon and said they need to print off the return labels or arrange to have the items picked up. They said they’d have the product picked up. It never was. I expected a full refund. Nothing.
