Worth the protection plan! Purchased an office chair about a little over a year ago. Unfortunately, the wood backing broke off and one of the arms fell off due to this. I made a claim and was fully reimbursed through the protection plan I purchased.

DON’T BUY THIS PROTECTION PLAN
I purchased this protection plan at the same time I purchased a massage table (in June). I take this table with me to all of my appointments. In mid November, I filed a claim and was got the message as I hit the submit button…”Thanks for filing your claim” Contact the seller on Amazon. I then spent the better part of 2 hours trying to find some way to contact the seller. I was sent down multiple pathways as I “clicked” various buttons I was led to “click”. Still no response from this company! I am very upset that no one has contacted me in any way to address my issue.

Bought a recliner from amazon….after 9 months the material on arm started to rip. Contacted Asurion , sent in pics and within 3 days they issued a refund. Note to self: Refund is for price of recliner….shipping, installation, etc…is on you, and not covered.

They really had our back!
We had bought a chair for our bedroom so that two people could play Xbox (my kids take turns playing against my husband) and the chair lasted like six months, then fell apart. The return window had closed two months prior (of course), so thankfully I remembered that I had purchased the warranty and they had our money back via gift card within two days of filing a claim. My only suggestion is to wait for the gift card, because I didn’t – assuming I would have gotten it refunded to my card) to order a replacement.

Did not receive my email with the plan contract in it.
Purchased this 3 year protection plan and did not receive the email with the plan contract in it as promised. Now I am having to spend my valuable time researching how to get it.
