Really can’t evaluate policy
We had to return the chair, so we canceled the policy. It was a viable option to protect the chair from any unforeseen problems.

It is so quiet. It works great. Was easy to assemble. And at night I noticed a night light coming from under the bed. It sure helps when getting up in the middle of the night and not having to turn on a light that might disturb your spouse. It is just enough of a light as you slip out of bed to see your slippers. You don’t notice it otherwise. I would recommend this product.

Horrible experience
It took for ever to get my money back. Even just in the form of a gift card. They wanted proof of purchase from Amazon for the item and the extended warranty. Sent it all in not clear enough. Ok i resent it waited not enough information? I call they said it’s still in review and Will need pictures on item broke. Ok sent them everything again for the 3rd time I finally get approved. This took about 2 months to get completed. Like pulling teeth with this warranty. Just make sure you have everything before making a claim.

Ordered multiple times, never receive emails
I have ordered their protection plan for various things before, and I have never received the email with the confirmation or info from them, ever. I finally reached out through Amazon customer service and was able to contact them this way. They responded quickly & sent me a link via the chat, but said I needed to check my email & my spam/junk folder. In my initial message to them, I let them know I had already done this, so this concerns me that they didn’t listen & doesn’t give me much encouragement that they’ll ever be any help if I need it. I’ll not purchase their services again.
