Easy and reliable
This unit was $50 cheaper than my last. It was a breeze to assemble, easy to clean, and easy enough to program. It took me about ten minutes to figure out and incorporate the programming aspect. The only other thing I had to keep in mind was that 1 portion on the display equaled 1 tablespoon of kibble. The unit has a good battery life (enough to handle inconvenient power outages), and seems sturdy. The workings are quiet, though the kibble dispensing into the dish isn’t able to be muffled. My cat took about 36 hours to not panic at “no” food, but it’s been good for her weight and health.

Easy to set up and a great value for your money!
This feeder is perfect! I have it set for 3 feedings a day and the one set for the afternoon is a little less amount for my cat. It was easy to follow the instructions and time settings. I fill it and within a week it’s time to add more. It has battery back up if your electricity goes out. I can leave for a few days and not have to worry about my cat. Its not to noisy and you will get used to it! The design of this item is great.

Great feeder, watch the portions however
The Imipaw Automatic Feeder has been a lifesaver for keeping my pet on a consistent feeding schedule! It’s easy to set up, works reliably, and the design is sleek and compact. I love that I can program multiple meals per day, and it dispenses food without any jams.One thing to note is that the portion sizes are quite small. To ensure my pet gets the right amount of food, I have to set it to dispense multiple portions per meal. It’s not a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you have a larger pet or one with a bigger appetite.Overall, it’s a great feeder that does the job well with a little tweaking. Highly recommend it for busy pet owners!

I’ve owned this for almost a month now and it’s been working great! It’s secure and hard for the cats to knock over, and holds a good amount of food. Definitely happy with this! The cord is also nice and long, and good quality.I only have 2 complaints.1. I wish there were more settings to program more times. There are only 4 available timeslots.2. I wish the bowl was a bit wider. I have 2 cats, and one of them will move in like a blimp to eclipse the other one out so he can dumpster the entire bowl.I would recommend finding your own bowl that is wider if you have more than 1 cat, and also the pre-programmed portion sizes are rather small, so do a few test feedings before committing to a set amount of portions. Also, avoid large kibble sizes, they will get stuck.

This feeder is the first automatic feeder I’ve ever bought and it was surprisingly easy to set up and works just perfectly for me after the first week so far. My cat knows the sounds it makes now and just runs to the kitchen when it goes on.

Item arrived fine, but once plugged in I couldn’t get it to work, the screen displays an error mode, even after trying multiple resets, as per user manual. The manual doesn’t have troubleshooting for error codes.IMPORTANT please note that this can’t be returned, I got scammed for 50$.Also, the food tank doesn’t detach from the base, so it wouldn’t be possible to clean it properly.

Just perfect ! Easy to use. My kibbles are a little bigger than 10mm but it works. Love the multi portions function, separated her daily portion so she eats the same quantity but smaller portions 4x a day (5h45 AM, 10 AM, 3 PM, 7 PM) – she doesnt ask for food anymore and eats less fast compared to when I was feeding her twice a day (5h45 AM and 4 PM) where she would vomit her afternoon portion as she was too hungry and eating too fast. The booklet is very well done to explain the portions and functions. My only issue is that the portions are not the same with a measuring glass given by the vet. Ex. : on the booklet it says that if yiur cat eats 1/2cup daily portion, we should set the portion at 4 (which should be 1/4cup), but when it got out and measured it, it’s actually 1/8 of a portion. It took me a couple days to adjust the portions, but other than that I’m very satisfied !

Originally got this and the clock ran faster than real time so the feeding was always a bit off more and more daily. The seller eagerly wanted to fix the faulty product so I could get exactly what I purchased. They sent me a new one within a few days and the clock matches real time! This product is easy to set up and my cat loves it. (I also love being able to sleep past 6am now too!) the seller seems to really care if each buyer is happy with the product which is a bonus to me when purchasing anything!!
