Well made and easy to use but it didn’t work for me. Not sure the “Cryoboost” benefit is real
I will start by letting you know what I have for equipment: Pixel 7 Pro, a Moment Magsafe case, and a OhSnap! 3.0 holding device (like a Magsafe compatible pop socket). I’ve told you all of that to tell you that I have not been able to get this device to consistently charge my phone and I really wanted this to work. I first tried it with the case alone . The phone snapped right into place and it indicated that it was charging but then it would indicate that it wasn’t and this continued to happen intermittently, but with great regularity . Then I put the OhSnap device on the phone. It too snapped right into place and the same thing happened. I even went as far as to order another Halolock to see if it was just a faulty device…it wasn’t, the same thing happened. I’ve since gotten a similar, but different device that works with my set up. I’m willing to give the ESR Halolock with Cryoboost the benefit of the doubt and say it just wasn’t able to play well with my set up.This is a really nice charger. It’s super sturdy. The magnets firmly connect it to the phone. The vent clip is the best I’ve ever used and easy to place. It’s really well designed and holds the phone firmly in place. . The fan blowing is barely audible. While I’m talking about the fan, I’ll say it’s an interesting concept and was partly responsible for me buying it to begin with, but I’m not sure it has any real benefit. It doesn’t seem strong enough to keep the phone from heating up. If it worked with my set up, I probably would have kept it despite my disbelief in the cooling effect. That said, I’m not at all disappointed that my new magnetic car charger doesn’t have “cryoboost”.Despite the fact that I couldn’t get this to reliably charge my phone, I think due to some incompatibility between the Halolock and my Moment case, I would recommend it…which is saying a lot, all things considered!

I have purchased many products from ESR (phone covers, iPod case cover, phone holders). I love their MagSafe products for their quality, durability and the strong quality of their magnet. This MagSafe charger/holder is my latest purchase and it delivers as promised: charging with a fan on to avoid overheating of the battery. The fan noise is very minor. The blue ring around the magnet is a nice touch. I will look forward to using this latest gadget for a long time.

Die Halterung ist sehr wertig und stabil. iPhone 16 pro max wird sehr gut gehalten, auch auf schlechter Straße.Lüfter ist wirklich sehr leise, kaum zu hören, hatte ein anderes MagSafe Ladegerät mit Lüfter, wo der Lüfter deutlich lauter war und nach drei Monaten komplett defekt war. Daher kann ich sagen, dieser Lüfter ist top.Jetzt leider mein negativer Punkt. Ladeleistung liegt leider nur bei gemessenen 10 Watt, was leider wirklich knapp ist. Ich muss jetzt für mich entscheiden, ob mir diese Ladeleistung ausreicht oder ich das Gerät zurückschicke.Sonst würde ich das Gerät gerne behalten, weil mich Verarbeitung und besonders der Lüfter überzeugt. Aber Laden ist nun leider die Hauptaufgabe und genau da fällt es ab.Update 20.11.2024 Super Service von Seiten ESR, mein Gerät wurde gegen das aktuelle Model ausgetauscht und das funktioniert wie erwartet und hat eine super Ladeleistung, jetzt sogar bis 19W mit dem 16 pro. Danke für den Service.

Utilizzo il prodotto da due anni, lo trovo comodissimo. Il supporto del cellulare è davvero molto stabile. Utilizzando un alimentatore per ricarica rapida si ha il vantaggio di riuscire a ripristinare la carica del cellulare anche in brevi tragitti. E per lunghi viaggi è possibile disporre del navigatore senza problemi di ricarica del cellulare. Inoltre, la ventilazione mantiene il cellulare fresco durante la ricarica anche in giornate estive molto assolate. Un particolare apprezzamento va fatto anche al servizio post vendita in quanto dopo due anni di utilizzo ho danneggiato la clip di fissaggio e contattando l’assistenza clienti mi è stato inviata una clip sostitutiva senza la necessità di acquistare un nuovo prodotto. Prodotto e azienda sicuramente da consigliare!
