Amazing Couch! Very Comfy.! Great For Plus Size Folks .
Absolutely Pleased With This Couch !I am In Total Awe !I spent 3-4 Hrs Putting it together myself .Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself .And the couch is absolutely beautiful !Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful !The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . !It’s comfortable!Does not sag !Does not creak ,At first for the price I was a little hesitant .Because usually couches are so much more expensive.This was so much worth the moneyFor my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased !It’s amazing .Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences.Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that .The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me !No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me .I am a woman who is more girly who does make up and into fashion and hair . Then being able to put furniture and things together . And the fact I could even put this together says a lot and he was quite surprised and proud !Great product ! I highly recommend!!!

Great value for the price and easy assembly
I bought this couch in order to fit my specific dimensions of my apartment and it does the job. I was able to assemble it by myself and it took me roughly about 2 hours ( which Includes taking everything out of the boxes). It came in 3 large boxes that all showed up a day apart.It fits well in the space I need it to and is very stylish and modern. I read the reviews ahead of time and I did what others recommended and bought a large bag of the poly fill for the back cushions. They were very flat to begin with and not comfortable at all. But after filling them they are much more comfortable and easier to maneuver.Good value for the price and easy to add throw pillows to match other designs in the house. I bought in grey.

Wonderfully perfect
Just moved into my apartment and needed a couch for my living room. The space was a bit awkward so I needed to find a couch that would fit. And so I did. For the price it is fantastic.It did come in 3 boxes… and said 2 person carry, however I was able to drag the boxes in and build the couch. It was really simple, not a lot to it. Only took me about an hour to assemble.The only downer I would have is… the pillows and cushions are a little thin. I can’t imagine this couch lasting with a house full of people or pets or high traffic.. but for my apartment and me, it’s perfect.

Good value for the money
This is a good couch for the money. Super easy to put together. All boxes arrived together. It is comfortable. The pillows on the back are light on the fluff easy to fix with some polyfill. Seat cushions are very comfortable. This couch is not too big and not too small. Perfect for a small space.

One of the best couches I’ve owned. I did have to add some stuffing to the back cushions, but that’s all. It’s comfortable, a great price, I have no regrets. I get multiple compliments on it. If you’re looking for an affordable couch that’s comfortable and chic, I recommend this one. It comes in a box, so obviously, I was concerned initially, but I’ve had it for six months now and I have no issues with it, it’s wonderful.

The bars on back of couch make it very uncomfortable
Love the color and size very easy to put together. But the coushins /pliiows. Are very flat and it’s been opened and put together for days now. Would not recommended if u want a comfortable couch

Poor.
Took forever to arrive. Arrives in 3 pieces, yes, but the pieces just arrive whenever. After the first piece delivers, Amazon marks it as delivered, so you have to track it at your own discretion. (Can request the tracking number from Furmax, but heads up – they are very short with customers.) So despite PAYING for the shipping, it’s not guaranteed. Then after finally receiving all 3 boxes, I found that there was also NO hardware included. I had to clear a path in my living room because I had couch pieces everywhere for days while waiting for the hardware. Upon contacting customer service again for a remedy – they responded within 24 hours, however, they were very short and rude. Then after getting the couch together, you will quickly find that the arms and back cushions are barely filled. So I bought 5 lbs of polyfil to fix that. The velcro on the bottom is pointless – the cushions just slide apart when you sit down. (I weigh a buck fifty and I sit gently, they just slide really easy.) Same with the back cushions; you will be fighting them every time you sit down if you don’t find a way to secure them. I haven’t yet. I bought some industrial strength velcro to hold them together and they still don’t stay so I will be investing more money to fix that issue as well. So as far as quality this couch is a hard EH. But it is a comfortable fabric and it is visually appealing. Overall, I’d just say don’t sink money into buying it unless you have time for projects, lots of patience and more money to throw at it. I’ve hardly ever left a bad review but this purchase is been disappointing and frustrating all around. The couch is cheap but it’s not THAT cheap. The manufacturer could easily do better in many areas with this product and the customer service just isn’t there.
