Bought for my 15-year-old nephew. Instant hit. He pulled it out of the box right away to test it out. Handles are easy to rearrange. There’s a guided layout printed right on the board to help anyone new to workouts. High quality feel to it, durable. Provides a tough but effective workout. Easy to move around, could definitely see it being stored under a bed. Got the rest of the young guys in the family interested, so they were all taking turns (ages 7 on up). Pretty cool to see the kids figuring it out together.

I love this product. In fact I’ve bulked up so much in the chest that my shirts don’t fit anymore. The guides on here are an excellent invention. The size and quality is perfect snd it does everything I need it to do. My only complaint is how hard the handles are. I actually purchase foam for pipes and stuck it around them to help make them more comfortable. A great value for the money.

I recently started using this for my push-ups, and I have to say, I’m really impressed with it! The ergonomic design makes it super comfortable to use. It supports my wrists and helps with proper alignment, so I feel less strain during my push-ups, which is a huge plus.I also love how compact and easy it is to store. It doesn’t take up much space, and I can simply tuck it away in a corner or even slip it into a drawer when I’m done.However, one downside is that the rubber feet on the bottom aren’t long enough. While it’s a minor issue, the device does tend to slide a bit on certain surfaces, which can be a little distracting when you’re in the middle of a set. Overall though, it’s still a great tool, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking to add some support and comfort to their push-up routine!

Bought this for my partner to work out at home. We just don’t have the time/money to go to a membership gym every day. They love it! It has many different funtions and options for use. It is a thick and strong plastic. We have had it for fourth months with daily use and have not noticed any wear and tear. Definitely a great body weight workout option for at-home.

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing – very painful so be careful..
