I love this bread!
It’s high in fiber and very tasty. Take some getting used to if you are used to the standard fluffy American bread that can be rolled into one small ball. This is also great for toast and grilled cheese.

I really enjoy the flavor is this bread. It tastes very earthy and hearty. Bread slices are thin and pair great with cottage cheese and avocado. Yum!

Great taste and no additives!
I was recently diagnosed with chronic LPR (reflux) and am following a low acid diet and it has been very hard to find breads or crackers without oils, additives, seasonings, pepper, ‘natural flavors’, etc – glad to have found this bread. It is very filling and I love the yeast flavor it has!

Reminds me of breakfasts in Frankfurt, Germany
I love the whole grains in this very tasty bread. It’s not your soft , chewy bread. It’s dense, filled with fiber, nutrition and flavor. I toast it and use it as a vehicle for healthy topping, like a base for smorrebrod, the open faced Scandinavian sandwiches. I would eat bread like this with smoked salmon and toppings every morning while I was working in Frankfurt.

Fabulous German bread with absolutely no additives!!! Bit pricey at Whole Foods though! Can find locally for almost half the price!!!

Good source of healthy carbs
I like the taste and nutrition value of this bread. It has a long shelf life if stored in the refrigerator. It would be a 5 star but the package is not resealable making it harder to keep fresh.
