Great Multifunction tension rope
The tension rope is so easy to use and I can lay in bed to exercise my legs and sit in a chair and exercise my arms . Very convenient to use .

The quality of the multifunction exercise band
I have purchased this band three times. I used the first one for a year daily.The bands loosened up from using it so I ordered another one. It worked fine for awhile and broke. I ordered a third one and it only lasted two and a half months. My time to return it expired so I contacted Amazon by phone and the company would not replace it. I will not be purchasing this again. Disappointed but not with the Amazon customer service team that tried to help me. They could not have been more helpful.

The product has a positive effect on my body. I enjoyed using it . Actually the effect on my body surpassed my expectations to the extent that I had to reduce the tension by positioning my arms nearer to my feet to get a nice enjoyable result .

Too firm in resistance for me.
Changed my mind after receiving it. For me, it is too resistive (I am an upper Sr. age female and healthy, but recently strength can be a bit more of a challenge — this one is too resistive for me — wouldn`t provide an appropriate level of working with it for me. Returned it. I prefer the singular stretch resistant tubular band with handles I already have — may get another like it with the next level of resistance.
