Sturdy poles
Good quality shepherds hooks, they hold up in the wind. Have a heavy bird feeder and I attached another hook and hung 2 plants on it and still everything holds well. Easy to put together and get in the ground, was also easy to move to another spot. Anticipate using these for a long time to come. Great set!

Double-Hook, Solidly Anchored
I was looking for shepherd hook hangers to use for bird feeders. The few that I had found were not styles that I liked. And I am so glad about that, because those were not nearly as sturdy as these are. The 5 prongs on the bottom make sure that the poles are anchored solidly in the ground.I know the squirrels will be jumping on them because of the bird feeders that I will be putting out, so that stability is especially important. LolAnd having 2 hooks per pole instead of just 1 hook is bonus for me.

Easy to assemble and good quality double shepherd hooks
The quality of these double hooks is quite good and they were well packed. I like the double hook as opposed to the single hook versions out there. These have five prongs on the base so they are also much more stable than the cheap two prong hooks out there. Assembly was very easy. Recommended.

I have many similar shepherds hooks and there are a few things that are really important. The base is the most important. Some come with only 2 prongs that go in the soil. This one has 5 which is the best of the best. Use a rubber mallet to get it all the way to ground level without damaging it. That makes it really stable and also easy to weed around it. Having 2 hangers on the top is also the best of the best because you can hang items of similar weight and they balance. Similar products might have 1 hanger or 3 and they are always off balance. I use these for plants, hanging strawberry baskets, bird feeder and bird water, solar lanterns. I planted a few young trees and you can put one of these as support for the growing tree and also use the hooks for plants or birds. These are really higher quality than many other similar products.

This is an incredibly sturdy set. Ours recently withstood very strong winds and neither one got knocked due to the five prongs. This product is a winner.
