Great except for one flaw
The loveseat is great except for the one I received had a bent middle section (arm rest.). I was able to deal with it and the seller offered a 10% discount for the trouble of dealing with it.

Beautiful couch terrible shipping company
I hate to give this couch a 1 start review because the couch itself deserves 5 stars, I’d give it 6 if I could. I ordered 2 of these on November 29th, only 1 showed up and the other was lost. How you loose an almost 400lb couch is beyond me but after a ton of hassle I got a replacement sent out. It was sent out with a different transport company that is worse than the first one. The second couch also appears to be lost at this point and it’s January 9th now. The couch is amazing and my wife loves it too (she was initially opposed to buying this). It’s the Cadillac of couches but Amazon is shipping it with companies that likely only exist because of Amazon and otherwise would be out of business. The mishandling of this order will assure that I never order another piece of furniture off Amazon again. I highly recommend this couch, just buy it somewhere else and save yourself the nightmare. On a side note, getting this through the door in the box requires a 36 inch doorway with no obstructions (like a storm door piston bracket), it will almost touch both sides of the doorway. Assembly is pretty simple and the couch backs are in the box, you will have to snap them into place. The box dimensions are about 3 feet by 3 feet by about 7 feet (not exactly but very close). There are 3 plugs that have to go into the wall so you will need to have a double gang outlet box with 3 receptacles available or buy a surge strip or outlet adapter if you don’t have that. If you have a hardwood floor as I do, I highly recommend buying rubber friction pads for the feet to prevent sliding. If you decide to buy from Amazon I was told by the first shipping company that they cannot deliver it into the house if it’s not in the box (for some reason). Just know that if you don’t have a 36 inch doorway and want to take it in the house in pieces you will probably have to do that yourself and will probably need more than 1 person to do it and some dollie’s, it’s very heavy.Update: 1/18/25The replacement couch that was sent got sent back by Amazon before delivery due to heavy damage. A new replacement couch was sent out and finally delivered on 1/18/25. The shipping company, begins with an R and ends with an O, did not want to bring the couch in the house and insisted on dropping it off in the driveway. After telling them it was supposed to be delivered inside and showing them one was already in the living room they finally agreed reluctantly to bring it inside. I’ll never buy another item off amazon that requires freight service again. Amazon picks the cheapest delivery service and you get what they pay for. It’s just not worth the savings to deal with these frustrating, careless and incompetent companies.

Comfy, sturdy, awesome price, but does NOT come assembled.
Delayed 2 weeks for delivery. **Does NOT come assembled, you must put it together yourself. Delivery guys get it in the house and that’s it. Easy enough to put together but it is quite a trick getting it out of the box and unpacked. Come WELL protected tho. Make sure you have 2 able-bodied people of decent strength to put this together and position it where you want. MUCH MUCH cheaper than buying it at Ashley Furniture, both in-store and on their website. Very comfortable, love the USB charging ports and extra storage in the arms. So far, would buy it again. Do NOT buy extended warranty until after you have the furniture tho, or you wind up paying for furniture you do not have like we did (company not willing to pro-date it to delivery date).

the product was damaged. There was a 6 inch slit in the leather on the arm. the box was cut open, so the damage was visible and the product did not even come off of delivery truck, it was refused and sent back immediately. Still waiting for refund.

Arrived in perfect condition! Driver helped bring it up to main floor of my town home. Only issue Is there are two power cords. One for each motor driving the recliners.

Product was delivered quickly and as described. Easily fit through a 30″ doorway. The backs of the seats come off and therefore there is no issue getting through doorways. I put it into an upstairs bedroom we had converted into a theatre room. The door had a 29.5″ clearance between the door jams. Loveseat went in with room to spare. The middle section is stored under the sofa when its delivered. This is mentioned in the instructions. As a typical man I never read the instructions until I had the unit assembled and found I was missing the centre piece of the loveseat back.I discovered where it was hidden by reading the instructions. Who knew? right?Very comfortable, quality piece of furniture. Also way less expensive to oder through amazon than purchasing in the Ashley store.
