Purchased the set of 2 chairs for my dining room table. These chairs are excellent quality. They are heavy and sturdy. They are a wood whitewash with light grey seats and a nailhead trim on the seats. The seats are quite firm, but hoping they will soften up as we use them. I loved the chairs so much ordered 3 sets. I’m still waiting for the final pair to arrive. Some of Ashley furniture isn’t always the best quality, but these chairs are different. If you are looking for farmhouse chairs that are good quality, I highly recommend these. I got them on a good deal so the price was right. They were easy to assemble and only took a few minutes.

Bought 2 sets of 2. They are nice chairs and happy with look and quality. One of the set came with a cracked on the bottom and needed to return and reorder which was a pain.

Really nice chairs for my Amish farmhouse table
I saved over $1200.00 by choosing these chairs instead of the chairs that matched my new table. These were easy to assemble. I decided to use wood glue in the lower cross-bar section to make them even more stable. The cushions are a little firm and the material is a thick nubby fabric, pale gray/taupe. I don’t think you can remove them to reupholster them later. It would be hard to do.I had planned on painting these the same shade of white as my Amish table legs, but decided for now that I like them distressed. They are distressed a LOT. But the places where they are painted more than others, they are definitely a white, not beige, not tan, not taupe. White with a lot of bare wood color showing through.Also, mine are all level as can be. Just follow the instructions and before you tighten all the bolts, put the chair down on a level floor, sit on it, then gently turn it over and tighten the bolts fully. Perfect level chair. It took me 2 hours for all 4 chairs, but I took my time.Allen wrench is provided, but you need your own phillips head for the 6 screws.Made in Vietnam of real wood.

Dining Chairs
These chairs are gorgeous and really wasn’t expecting the quality to be as awesome as it was. Husband had to put them together, but same chairs elsewhere had to be put together. Price was better than everywhere else also. Shipping was really fast as I ordered Saturday night and got them on Christmas Eve. Even my husband said they were great quality as he doesn’t usually remark about things. We are older adults and it took him around an hour for each chair.
