Sticks well!! Perfect cat scratching deterrent
This covering is great! I bought this to protect my new couch from my cat. I should’ve purchased two as One roll wasn’t enough for my large sectional. It’s easy to apply. It has lines on the paper to help cut straight and measure. It sticks VERY well. Once you pull the paper and apply it, its best to leave it where it sticks because it will lose its stickiness if you apply and pull off to reapply or reposition as it will pull lint and favorite particles—naturally making it lose its stickiness. Otherwise it sticks very well. It’s easy to cut and works around rounded edges. I had enough to cut and apply to the top of the back of my couches since my cat also likes to scratch there. Ever since I’ve applied it, he lost interest in trying to scratch. It’s functional and isn’t an eyesore. You can see it but it doesn’t draw your eye or make your furniture look bad. Definitely worth the buy. The plastic is not too thick but not too thin either. It’s pretty sturdy and holds up.

Exactly what I needed!
This stuff is awesome. It’s thick and works great. My cat goes to scratch but her claws get stuck so she doesn’t try anymore. Helping my couch not get destroyed. Had to order two in order to cover all of the main areas of a large sectional. Sticks on very well and stays and very easy to apply. Also doesn’t look awful on my couch. Would definitely recommend.

Works great
Used these to put on our doorframe where our cat would scratch when he wanted to come back inside. Was very easy to install and seems to work. Has held up so far. Not sure how easy it is to remove because we haven’t had to do that.

Quality, easy to apply, but not for certain fabrics
I used this to line the top of my car ceiling to protect it from hair and dirt from the two Great Danes I transport. It applied well and adhered well at first, but every morning it would droop/un-stick in random places that I would have to press back on. Eventually the whole sheet just fell off over night and was unable to stick again. I think the temperature changes and gravity are likely what caused this, but still, I wish it would adhere to the ceiling fabric better. You think it would since it’s a much smoother surface than furniture tends to be. We used it on our tweed couch and it’s perfectly fine, but that doesn’t have weather or gravity to test its adhesion. Plus is that it is much thicker than others we tried!

Finally Something That Works!
The only reason I give this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because I just don’t think you get enough of it per roll. It took an entire roll just to cover this one chair. And I had to cover every inch of fabric because anyone who has a cat like mine knows you can’t leave and tiny bit of fabric unprotected, or they with claw at that part.I have tried literally every anti-scratch product they make, and nothing worked. My cat loves to claw at furniture, AND ONLY FURNITURE. She has destroyed every chair I have ever owned. Normally, I buy cheap furniture because of this, but the cost of buying new furniture after the cheap stuff has broken, and my cat has torn it to shreds, was getting ridiculous.I decided to try this Lovinch stuff, fully expecting it to be just a waste of money like everything else I have tried, but I was pleasantly surprised after covering a small stool with it that it did actually work. Not only does my cat not scratch at it, she won’t even go near the furniture that has this stuff on it. I almost cried with how excited I was to find something that finally worked.I have spent thousands of dollars on new furniture, scratching posts, and anti-scratch products. I didnt know what to do anymore and was honestly contemplating having my cat declawed, which I have vehemently declared to be a cruel and horrible thing to do to your cat. I am so glad this stuff works, and that I don’t have to mutilate my baby girl just to keep her from destroying things. She is everything to me, and it would break my heart to have to take such drastic measures.The picture of the chair is literally the nicest and most expensive piece of furniture I’ve ever owned, and it took a whole roll to cover it. So, if you have an entire couch to cover, be prepared to buy like 6 rolls.For installation, make sure to cut precisely and measure accurately. I used scissors to cut the initial section, then used a utility knife to cut off any excess.
