Perfect-no shifting
This vest fits perfectly. It doesn’t move, which would be problematic when walking. It seems to help my posture, too. Not too heavy, but definitely increases my heart rate. All good.

Heavier than
I thought 8 lbs would be too light since I lift a lot of heavy weights at the gym, but it’s great and very substantial! I use it while walking on my walking pad. The only complaints are that I wish the neck hole were a bit bigger, and the big bump can be a bit uncomfortable on the chest. That is remedied by either turning it and wearing it backwards, or wearing something thick under like a sweatshirt.

Bought it to wear on my new walking pad and outdoor walks. Quickly realized I love wearing it doing household chores and also while doing cardio videos on YouTube. My Fitbit shows that just 8 additional pounds is really making my heart work harder. Pulse is up and I’m completely pooped by the time I take the vest off.I can tell it’s helping my posture as I walk. Feels mega comfortable. I live in Waikiki where it is warm and humid. I don’t overheat wearing this. The design is perfect. Easy to take on and off.For an introductory vest for a 50 years young woman this is a winner!!!

Very comfortable for larger bodies
When I started walking with a weighted vest, I bought one that fit like a true vest, over the shoulders and clipping in the front. Unfortunately, it cut into my armpits and was very uncomfortable — really feeling like I was squeezing into it (I’m 5’11” and have wide shoulders). When I lost weight and had to move to a heavier vest, I switched to this one, over the head and clipping on the side. It’s much more comfortable and I prefer it. That said, when I have to increase again, I’m going to switch to a vest that has additional weights to add, as buying a new vest every month seems really wasteful!

Just OK, but if you aren’t picky it could work.
The item was fine. I personally did not like how it fit. It seemed very back heavy, so I felt as if I was always uneven. I am 5’4 and about 130lbs. There was room in the body and definitely not a snug fit.

Was recommended for walking to help with hip health. It has a nice fit, pretty comfortable and doesn’t look bad at all! I go for hour long walks and I feel light as a feather when I’m just moving around at work now.
