Excellent Ab Wheel for Core Strengthening
The Vinsguir Ab Roller Wheel is a fantastic addition to any home gym for those looking to intensify their abdominal and core workouts. While it might not be the best choice for complete beginnersāwho may prefer a wider wheel or one with spring resistanceāfor most fitness enthusiasts, this ab wheel is an amazing choice.The build quality is solid, and it provides a smooth rolling experience. I do wish the wheel had a slightly greater convex curve to allow for easier left and right turns, but it still performs well in that aspect. The ability to make turns adds versatility to the workout, targeting different muscle groups in the core.Overall, Iām very satisfied with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again. Itās effective, durable, and offers a challenging workout that can help take your core strength to the next level.

Works but ABSOLUTE B to put handle on- REVISED
REVISED: They reached out immediately after my review and sent me a new roller for free. They took the time to address my feedback and tips on how to work the handle better this time around. Still difficult to get on, and the idea of a splash of water and soap I don’t like, but it works. I still think they should send a mini disposable one use dropper of metal lube for the product, but this made the review go from 1 star to 4. Thank you so muchThis product works great, but gets a 1 star for how difficult it was to get the handle cover on! I almost returned it, but in the last moments before I went to leave my house, I tried a dash of hand soap and water AND IT WORKED. I only used a dash because water is now under the handle cover. I’m sure it won’t mold or anything, but not the best thought in my head. I hope they send a mini metal safe oil to spray the handle with and help future customers.

Great product.
Highly recommend using an exercise mat or need pads when doing this on a hard surface. Also if you’re as uncoordinated as I am a helmet will do you good! Pretty sturdy construction held my weight up (270lbs) and didn’t give out on me like a chair at a little kids birthday party. Super easy to put together and the same size as any ab wheel. Great price point is what drew me to this, now it looks great in my gym along with the cob webs and dusty weight bench.
