    Perfect!
    Instructor’s amazing & like most do, that’s distracting & annoying, he doesn’t talk too much! Love the full body workout, with light weights, & it’s something I can do everyday, & still get an awesome workout, indoors. I’ll definitely be buying more of his workouts!

    Exercise routines vigorous but not strenuous
    This exercise video is very good. Curtis does a great job of keeping you motivated. The routines are easy for seniors but vigorous (I am 76 yrs old). I really felt good afterwards because I had a great workout. I would recommend this DVD.

    LOVE these workouts!
    Curtis Adams is my new favorite fitness instructor! I have been using workout videos at home for many years to stay healthy and fit in the comfort of my home. My husband bought Adams’ core workout, and I really enjoyed it, so I purchased this walking workout. Adams is so encouraging and engaging, and the workouts are perfect, full body workouts for those who need low impact but effective workouts. I highly recommend them.

    Good but could be better
    Good walking video, but the guy has no rhythm. No music is playing so he’s going on his own random beat. He also doesn’t do the exercises evenly for both legs.

    My Doc approved
    I like working out in my home. I don’t like the gyms with everyone just watching you. I find myself not going back. I like this choice and I have skeletal issues so I get my Dr’s approval. He approved. I feel more energized and that is important for me. It’s not hurting me. I’m looking better, my skin glows. It’s a positive purchase.

    Easy to follow routine
    61 yr old female. I wish the audio and video quality were better. Curtis’s energy is contagious. Routine is easy to follow. Enjoy the scenery!

    Low impact and easy to follow
    This video definitely deserves 5 stars. I’m 70 years old and struggle with getting out and exercising. After 20 years my treadmill finally died. I don’t like health spas and don’t feel safe walking outdoors. This video gives me a complete workout in the privacy of my home.Thank you Curtis Adam’s for you enthusiasm and this fantastic video!

    Walk Fitness dvd with Senior Fitness instructor Curtis Adams has two discs. One is Stronger Walk and you can complete 2200 steps. The other dvd is Walking Express and it amounts to 1700 steps. These discs are a good way for Seniors like myself to lose weight and maintain cardio fitness. You do not need a wide area to do the walking exercises but have a water bottle handy to maintain hydration. R. McAra
