I’ve gone through 3 different cat water fountains because my male cat likes to remove the lids so that he can dip his full paw in the fountain while drinking water. First, this is the only fountain that he cannot disassemble! Second, the water flow is smooth and perfectly robust. Third, the charge lasts at least 3 weeks after being fully charged. I haven’t let it run out of charge, so I don’t know how much longer it lasts. Fourth, if the water is too low, it shuts down and the light turns red advising the water needs to be filled. Fifth, since it’s chargeable, you can place ir anywhere and there isn’t an ugly plug getting in the way. Finally, it’s very aesthetically pleasing and will work well with most, if not all decors. Ten out of five stars!

Faulty USB cord or Fault Charging Port
Initially, the fountain was great! The filter placement is so much better than other cat fountains. Much easier to clean the fountain and change out the filters. The main filter sits beneath the silver tray and above the plastic top. Super easy to pick it up and change it out for a new one. The second filter is in the bottom of the pump. There’s a tiny door you pop off and put in a new filter. Absolutely love the filter placement. What I didn’t love is less than a month of having the fountain, the pump thing stopped working. Turns out, you could jiggle the charging cord in the port and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t work. I initiated a return and they sent out a new one promptly. However, I have since purchased a replacement wireless pump https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXT1BGJ4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title (which does NOT come with another USB charging cord) and my issues have been resolved. Since this new pump didn’t come with a USB charging cord, I found one around the house and plugged it up as I suspect the cord from the original fountain is also faulty as it doesn’t power any of my other devices. SO, all of this to say it is great if you get a working cord and working wireless hub. If not, it is a hassle but one I was willing to put up with as I love the filter placement and ease of cleaning.

Super quiet, excellent quality, easy set up ,best customer service
This is a great cat watering system! Our two cats absolutely love it. They even share it together very easy set up very easy to clean very quiet even has the light color changing to let you know when the water is low, you won’t be disappointed one of the best things we’ve bought in a long time. I think it’s gonna be very durable.UPDATE-best customer service. This is a quality company that will answer any questions you have and help you with any issues or concerns. Works well, but there is a problem
I love the quiet operation of this watering system. I was replacing an earlier unit that required a plug. I researched the wireless, battery operated systems and finally decided this unit was the best. I really do love it, and my kitties transitioned to it easily.I purchased a backup “host” and pump unit and filters, so there would be zero lag time when battery needs charged.I purchased this on August 18 this year. It is October 20, and after being gone for 14 hours I arrived home to find two stressed and thirsty kitties. Apparently the pump quit working during my absence.I’ve only ever used purified water in it. The filters are clean and have been replaced weekly. I don’t understand why it quit. The lights and proximity sensor function as they should, but the pump itself does not work at all. I put it in a clear glass of water to test it. The motor hummed about 3 seconds and it spit out a dribble of water before the motor quit. Removing the tube between pump and “host” I used an eyedropper to force water through the “host” and it all came out cleanly. No debris in pump or tube.So beware of faulty pumps! I guess there is only a 30 day guarantee, so I’m stuck.

This worked amazing until I went to clean it and then it stopped working full refund was issued so the company is amazing

The product works , unfortunately it doesn’t hold the charge for very long !! Although it states it’s a very efficient battery,this is why I bought it, I threw out the box ,I would like a new battery!Please!!
