How To Use ？
First：Remove the red cap from the end of the probe and open the tester.
Second：Insert the probe into the soil 3-5 inches.
Then：Read the data for about 10 s. The data will be displayed on the monitor.
Finally：Remove the probe from the soil after each use and wipe it clean.
Note：Tips for use
1.Do not force the soil tester into very hard soil.
2.Do not put the soil tester into the soil for a long time.
3.Do not use the Soil Tester to test water or other liquids, the Soil Tester is only for testing soil.
4.Wipe the probe clean after each use.

Not even close to accurate, what a waste of money, VERY disappointed
I bought this tester along with high quality Duracell batteries. The unit looked solid, no damage, good to go. Put it in the soil and it read 7.1 PH. and said dry so I watered soil lightly, tested again an hour later it read, 0PH. Tried it in several locations around the plant and it either reads 7.1 or 0.I feel this is a joke, it only reads 0 or 7.1 and always says soil is dry.So i took a separate pot of plain soil to test. Placed it in the soil 4″ deep it read dry, 7.1Ph. So I drenched the soil with lemon juice water with a Ph of 5.5. Let it soak in about an hour and tested it again, this time it read wet, and I will give you a guess on what the Ph reading was? You guessed it, 7.1I honestly feel this is a novelty item and would not take it seriously, very disappointing cause I spent the extra money thinking I was getting a better tester than the cheaper models and it is worthless, and worst yet cost me too much to have to drive and return it, so I’m out the $$

Accurate device to Monitor Soil
This device is important to any person interested in gardening and taking care of plants. I like its 4-1 features, water moisture meter, PH measure, soil temperature and sunlight intensity. I was only used to check the moisture, but with this new device, I now have much better understanding what my plants (indoor and outdoor) need. The device is accurate and very easy to use. I like it is digital so very easy to see the results and change to any different measure.

I bought this for my worm farm. Allows me to monitor the PH Temperature and moisture which is important for healthy worms. I have also used it for my plants for the PH values and have made positive changes to the plant care.

Doesn’t work for moisture!
This would have been perfect if it worked. The size isn’t too big or small, the unit seemed fairly durable, everything was even accurate until I got to the moisture. It said every plant was dry, so I watered them, and it still said they were all dry! The functionality of the unit would have really helped me with my house plants. It was a pretty good value for the money spent. I couldn’t tell you the battery life because I won’t even have this more than 24 hours, it’s going back. This is actually the 3rd meter I’ve purchased that hasn’t worked, this is the second digital one that hasn’t worked. I’ve got a cheaper one coming later tonight, hopefully that one will work!
