Exactly as described
Everything in my package is solid but not amazing. Grip strength trainer itself is decent construction, but as you get closer and closer to the 60kg of resistance the plastic starts to feel like its going to buckle and the hinge makes a noise. Now I realize that most people are not using the top end of the resistance on this so it’s probably a non-issue. The stress ball is not the material I expected but it is very nice. The tendon flexor, and the ring for de-tension are both quality and provide enough resistance to get effective use. The individual finger strength trainer, for dexterity is a little flimsy. It dose the desired job, but its construction is definitely the least sound of everything in the bag. All in all it’s a good setup, and 100% worth the dollars. After purchasing this product I feel my biggest issue is I need a product with higher resistances.

I really enjoyed this product, I love how they feel in your hand, they’re quite durable, they’re sleek in fit, and they’re easy to adjust to your liking. It’s great for on the go and even using them in the office as they’re quiet.All in all I recommend this as they’re a great choice and in a great price range for those wanting grip trainers in a budget.

This kit is great. Everything is well made and solid. Different selections for different methods of training your grip. Very worth it for the price, very good introduction to grip training. This is just a passive trainer, donโt expect to get blown up forearms just from doing this, you must deliberately train your forearms to attain true gains!! This is a great tool to keep your forearms engaged in your off time.

So this fan is actually worth the buy, especially the life of it last really long and the flash light settings is a great thing too and it gives good amount of charge on my phone. Not to mention it’s small and fits in everything easily. –
