I recently purchased this tetherball and pole set, and while it was easy to assemble, I was quite disappointed with its overall quality. The pole is extremely flimsy and lacks stability, making it impossible to enjoy a proper game. Every time we tried to play, the pole wobbled and threatened to tip over, which was very frustrating. This set has potential, but the lack of sturdiness in the pole is a major drawback. I would not recommend this product unless improvements are made to enhance the stability and durability of the pole.

Junk
This tether ball set is junk. The pole will not stay together. It just unscrews as you ply. The pole ends up bending.Don’t waste your money or time with this product.

The pole segments are a lot thinner than I expected, so it doesn’t take much for the weight of the ball to make the pole lean. Super easy to assemble and put in the ground, but any amount of play makes it unscrew, causing it to lean even more. Could be better, but for the price it’s still usable, just high maintenance.

Pole snapped at base
I wanted to love this and while it was up my kids loved it, we staked it down perfectly the directions in our backyard and the kids loved it, but lasted less than 5 months.The sections came unscrewed frequently, but we just tightened them down frequently so not a big deal. But then one day it was leaning at the base, so I thought maybe it had come unscrewed and when I looked, it had snapped off at the bottom where the 2 pieces screwed together. We would have had to have someone weld the pieces back together which would have cost way more than it was worth.Would say it was pretty pricey for only getting a few months out of it.

Bad quality
Item cannot withstand play. The poles screw together but become loose as you’re playing. If play continues without tightening, the connecting portion of the pole bends out of shape. That pole is no longer usable. This happens to my item on the first day of use.My suggestion would be to use plumbers tape and pipe dope to permanently fuse the pipes together. This eliminates the risk of the poles loosening during play. It also defeats the portability of being able to break down, pack up and use the item at a park or gathering at someone’s home.
