Exercise that older less agile people can do to get in better shape.
I love the trainer/teacher. He is enthusiastic and makes the workout fun. The exercises are both sitting and standing but all can be done sitting if standing is too hard. The exercises get the heart rate up and are fun to do. I hope burning more calories with these exercises will help me to continue to lose weight so eventually my physical abilities will improve.
