Why did I not own this years ago????
Both items are excellent. Stripping wire is so easy with the stripper. By far the best wire stripper I have ever used. Very easy to use, can set the length, and self adjusts to wire size. The crimper is also amazing. The clamps are easily changed, work well, and make excellent crimps. This combination of tools is excellent and a real game changer.

Works well for the intended purpose
Generally, it works well. However I did find that in some cases it required a fair amount of hand strength to close, even after adjusting the crimp strength dial. It is important to use the right size connector for a given wire diameter. The stripper works, but as the instructions say, it does not work well on teflon coated electrical wire.

Good tool but dies just lay in the box.
I do a fair amount of electrical work from wiring outlets, lights, and switches to installing car stereos and other automotive electrical work. With that said I do not do a lot of crimping, but when I do, it is always a pain. I saw this tool combo and thought I would order it and give it a try. Here are my thoughts on the haisstronica 6 in 1 Crimping Tool Kit and Wire Stripper:PROS:1) The tool is well made and should last for a long time.2) I tried the crimper on several different wire gauges and styles of crimps and it certainly does make the task much easier and gives far more professional results.3) Having a storage case to hold all the parts is critical for a tool that requires multiple parts for it to work properly. Having the plastic case to hold everything securely is certainly useful.CONS:1) There are no directions on how to use the tools. I have never used anything this complicated and have relied upon the typical cheep wire cutter/stripper/ crimper tool that you strip one wire at a time. So, I am having a hard time getting the stripper adjusted correctly to strip wires. I have seen self adjusting strippers that look just like this one, but this one certainly does not seem to self adjust. I either adjust it to where it does not go through the plastic insulation totally making it hard to get the insulation off, or it is adjusted to where it bites into the copper wire and then the wire snaps off when you bend it. I think I will need to find a video that demonstrates how to properly adjust the strippers.2) The dies just lay in the box, where the tools are held fast in place. Just doing my testing for this review, I have bumped the box sending the dies all over the floor several times and then had to search to find them all and put them back in place. This is really annoying.Final Thoughts:The crimping tool works very well and certainly gives far better, faster, and more professional looking results than using my older cheaper tool. The box could be better constructed to hold the dies securely and the wire stripper is touchy on the adjustments. This tool should help give better results in less time and is a good addition to the electrical tool box.
