I was specifical but when it came it was so worth it and the quality is amazing I love how stirdy it is. I loved everything about it, you can put the cup holder up and down so it’s good. It was very easy to build for me it came in 3 boxes two really big ones and one a medium. The color is way better looking in person because I chose a light grey but after I ordered it I was so worried because I didn’t want it that light anymore but when it came I saw the color it’s perfect, (the shade of grey). The size is good because it fits perfect for my apartment living room. The firmness is good tooo !!! Everyone loved it !

this sofa set is worth every dollar it cost. It’s perfect for our family room,and was very easy to assemble. It looks as good as the picture shows it. Very pleased with it.

Not very comfortable more of a office type setup!
I am a very loyal customer to start with I really should return this cause whole order messed up. Delivery late and sent wrong item should have been left orientation was received right. Really more of an office type outfit or super tiny person! Comfort not good but however i had already gone through getting rid of my old set so rather than go thru all negative things again decided to just keep prob eventually sell or just give away!

Not red but still nice
Okay so I got it on November the 28th and it came in three boxes…two for the sectional parts and one for the ottoman. The color of the sofa is off though it said it was red but it looks more like a wine color or a burgundy color or maroon type color but definitely not red. It kind of throws me off a bit because I was making up an Asian themed living room and since this is not the red I was looking for I’m not that happy. It was very easy to put together I only had to just snap different parts in place and it took me maybe around 30 minutes to get the whole sofa together. So that’s a plus with it being so easy one person can do it. It’s not built to last but it’s for my living room and when people come to visit and since it’s not that comfortable hopefully they’ll be leaving quickly. But it’s functional. The material is nicely finished and it’s smooth I think it’s a good size I’m just five three so I don’t need no super high furniture. It came with the pillows, I thought it wasn’t going to come with the pillow so I was surprised to see the pillows with it. If a person is looking for something functional but not too expensive this is a good sofa for you.

Missing ottoman storage
I recently purchased this sofa and found it to be a bit firm at first, but it was easy to assemble. However, I was disappointed by a few issues. First, I bought the sofa for $400, but just days later, it was marked down to $329, which feels unfair. Additionally, the ottoman storage was missing from my delivery. While I received two large boxes, the third box containing the ottoman storage was not included.Amazon, please refund me the $61 difference and send me the missing ottoman storage as soon as possible.update Jan 9.The ottoman arrived today and the price went back up to 508$

Comfortable and nice looking.
Nice couch and very comfortable to sit on. At first, I didn’t think that I would like it when I saw the other photos from the other reviews, but this absolutely works for my home. So simple to set up also. I would recommend if you are looking for something that works well with your decor.

Don’t bother buying it
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this couch it’s extremely narrow n hard like a bench. Doesn’t even feel like a couch. Hard to even get comfortable on
