How to use:
1.Plug the BYPASS into the USB-c port on you bike.
2.On the bike, we’ll press the menun button go up to settings device.
Settings >Device Manager >Add New Device >SearchingMaedhank Bypass >Verify and make sure pick rider role (won’t work if it’s set as passenger)

Tips:
The Motorcycles Infotainment system must support a Bluetooth headset connection. Note that Harley motorcycles with the BOOM system may require the headset module from Harley Davidson. Wired carplay to wireless carplay requires WHIM module
Presents as a wireless headset to infotainment systems requiring a headset for CarPlay use. (Add device as rider role)
Ideal for new motorcycle infotainment systems allowing CarPlay to play through speakers without carrying a motorcycle headset. The Motorcycles Infotainment system must support a Bluetooth headset connection.
Passthrough USB C port allows for phone charging.
Infotainment system must support wireless CarPlay that requires a paired wireless headset. Device does not convert wired CarPlay to wireless, only presents as a headset for this requirement.
Will not work as a microphone for Siri, Google Assistant or phone calls. Enjoy music and navigation prompts through your speakers without bringing a headset along for the ride!
The CVO model needs to be the year 23.5 or newer.

My 2024 Harley Davidson Road Glide has unbelievable electronics including apple CarPlay. But, it requires a blue tooth connection to work. So, carrying earbuds around is a pain, and they don’t work ideally as the music cuts in and out due to range. This tiny simple device makes everything so simple! Plug it into the wired charging USB port on the motorcycle, pair it and it instantly connects from then on, making use of the new Skyline OS in the motorcycle a pleasure and it works without fail. Highly recommend.

If you own a ‘24 Road Glide or Street Glide, this is a must have if you want to use Apple car play. Takes up no room. You can still attached your power cord to charge. Comes on automatically every time you fire up the bike. Super easy to install. Plug and sort of play. Need to get the settings right on the bike and it works like a charm.

It works really well with a 2024 Harley Davidson Road Glide
This is very low profile and helped me eliminate a mess of connectors and the older bigger Mead hawk device I was using before this. It connected right away and boots up very fast on start up. I also like that I can now run CarPlay hard wired if I want, just make sure that the cord is connected correctly it will only work in one position if it doesn’t work turn over the connector. P.S. it will charge in both position but only move data in one.
