Absolutely Delicious
I’m trying to eat healthier and was also influenced by TikTok to buy this bread. All I can say is, it’s ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I use it to make a sandwich *as seen in pic* and I prefer this over regular bread. It smells delicious too! Found my new go-to bread 😬

Really dry
This bread is not very good. It was very grainy and dry. I tried to use it plain and it just crumbled. I tried to toast it hoping it would add firmness and help with the flavor…it didn’t.

Only my Germans will like this
This bread requires an acquired taste that usually comes from growing up in Germany. I doubt most americans would even call it a bread. But it is delicious and i think everyone should try it, keep in mind that it is nothing like american bread. Also not sure why it is called fitness bread since the calories are up there, but it is def healthy. We germans eat this with lots of grassfed butter, slice of cheese or deli meat and a cucumber and tomato on top of it. we love it, its great!

Sour taste
I was looking forward to this for avocado toast. It had a super sour taste. I tried toasting it and it still had that sourness. Not sure if it’s similar to a sourdough or I just got a bad batch, definitely not for me.

Bread was good but…
It would have been nice to have bread that didn’t get broken down the center of each slice. It tastes best toasted but is difficult to do because it’s broken up. I don’t blame the delivery person because it was delivered in a bag not a box. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t delivery food, especially bread in a box.

OMG, this is most delicious bread
and oh sooo much healthier than American bread. Unfortunately American’s palates are sooo used to sugars and “fake foods” that if something is in its natural form our palate’s go yuck.I’ve been carnivore for 7 months now (so no sugars) and I now find the foods that I once considered distasteful are now delicious. I bought this bread as Dr Robert Lustig said it had a lot of fiber which I felt was needed, hence, my trying it. It certainly is a journey to remove sugars from your diet, once you do it though, there’s no going back. Excellent bread
