Boxing tool to make your workout more fun 🙂
So far, this has been a great addition to our workout room. We’ve only used it on the first two settings and are exploring the others a little bit, but for a beginner/intermediate level boxer, this is a fun tool. You can use it with the inner Bluetooth, or shut off the sound and use your own speakers to make the beat.The face has a counter for your punches that goes up to 1000, so it’s easy to see your progress along the way. The pads are very responsive to punches. You can’t softly hit them, it makes you put in a legitimate workout instead of letting you get away with ineffective taps.We’ve had it for a few months on the wall and there’s been no issue with the wall from the punch force, so it seems to be absorbing well. The strips to attach it to the wall were super simple and have shown no sign of wear.It also is pretty flat against the wall, so it doesn’t impose itself on the rest of the room. It is basically the size of a dart board. :)Definitely like it and look forward to many more uses 😉

Great gift and exactly what my sons needed. It keeps them engaged and moving. it is sturdy and love the music and lights. Super easy set up and my arms are killing me. Definitely worth it.

Need help turning off sounds
I love it a lot and it’s super useful to use to get my frustration out. My only complaint is that no where in the instructions does it say how to turn off the sound affects when u hit it. It plays over my music and it’s louder than it should be, if anyone knows how to turn that off but also have the music still playing please help. The item also perfectly sticks to any surface and has 2 options when it comes to that. Very sturdy and worth the money. Easy to connect to my phone to play my playlists and easy to understand how to connect. The gloves are high quality and easy to put on. The punch pads also can be hit with no gloves because they are somewhat soft. The gloves don’t move much around your hands when worn which is great. Awesome product overall and would purchase again if it ever breaks. So far, the product hasn’t had any mess ups or technical difficulties. If you’re looking for something to punch but don’t have enough money for those huge punching bags like me, buy this. I used this all night and it was great. I did mute the whole thing though because the noises it made when I punched it agitated me because it was as loud as my music so it ruined the point. Though overall that’s the only part I disliked about this and it’s great. Highly recommend this. Thanks for reading and help with the sound affects would be nice, thanks.

New fun way to get heart rate up
I find this is a great work out, It is a new a different workout for me that really gets my heart rate up. I love that I can use the music off my phone and it stays on the beat and is challenging, I have it up on the wall of my extra room. It takes up no space. It’s a great way to burn off energy or frustration after a long day. Each circle is sturdy and takes the punch well. It stays in place while striking.

SO FUN!
I love it! My grandkids love it! They actually use the palms of their hands or fingers to hit the circles. The different speeds are fun for the and the count gesture is especially nice for them to compete with each other.The sound is great and the ability to use my songs through Bluetooth is a fabulous feature.Each circle is sturdy and the material is similar to a trampoline material under the feel of leather (hard to explain).Super easy to set up and attach to the wall. We did put the bottoms of the strips a bit higher, only to keep the younger children from playing with it. The machine itself totally stays where you want it, and does not move. The velcro actually makes it hard to remove and change positions, but in a good way, because it stays put.As for us, (gramma & grampa), it’s a great work out for our arms and not too mention the muscles across our shoulders.
