Resistance bands were added inside the track of our posture flex ab roller to provide assistance when curling. This design allows for better control of the movement, enhances training results, and also reduces stress on the joints, making it more suitable for beginners.
Kneeling pads included with each flat Ab Roller provide extra comfort and support. Designed for users who want to take the pressure off their knees during their workout without having to purchase an additional one. A timer is also included as well as a beginner’s movement guide.
The flat panel design provides more stability than a traditional AB roller. You don’t have to think about how to keep your balance and whether there’s a risk of breaking it due to the large body weight, meaning that you can fully concentrate on your exercise.

Works well!!!!
I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this product. Well not this review!!! All parts are in it(top right corner of one of my pics has the other parts), the quality is a expected, it comes assembled already, and it has some example exercises. I do feel it could be a little cheaper, only because it’s not much to it. It’s a very simple machine. I’m happy!!!!I wouldn’t trust it on carpet, it compromises the integrity of the middle of the board.

I was skeptical at first but I like my board. It’s a lot more durable than I thought it would be and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It also makes working out kinda fun

Works well
Obviously very easy to assemble and stores easily. Comes with a little booklet for exercises but I feel a video would’ve been better. Feel like it could’ve been less expensive as it’s just plastic, but exercises are easy and hoping it helps build up some muscle and lose inches. We’ll see how it goes!

What a great workout.
This little Pilates gem stands up to it idea. I love working out and I love a hard workout, and I didn’t want to go to a Pilates class all the time and spend the money. This Pilates board gives you a run for its money. Don’t let it fool you because it’s really a hard workout

Elastic bands broke after 3 uses
The board works ok, but one of the elastic arm exercise bands broke the third time I used it.

For the money I really like this. It’s pretty well made and comes with multiple pieces for different workouts. It’s easy to setup up and use. So far I can really feel what it’s doing for my body.

Best purchase I’ve made! I’ve been using for 3 days now and let’s just say my abs are on fire. Super easy to use and only slides a little when on a mat. I highly recommend!!
