High quality exercise mat
I highly recommend this mat! I use it to absorb the shock from my walking pad and it works great! It is also very sturdy and high quality. I bought these 0.5 inch and it was thick enough to stop noise transmitting down to my neighbors (granted – I did put it on top of my carpet). The color is beautiful and it is excellent for any workout.I HIGHLY recommend!

Good Medium Strength Workout Tiles
These are easy to put together and have a medium strength. They should hold up with most home gym equipment. A fully customized rack may dig in deeper, but overall these are great for a garage floor or other workout area. The price is reasonable also.

Solid Product, Good Price
We bought this flooring to go under our home gym in the finished area of our basement. Super quick and easy to install. We installed over carpet with no issues (this actually may be beneficial to minimize slipping). Initially, we built out a 14×10′ continuous area for a treadmill, dumbbell rack, and bench. However, we were having issues with the tiles getting air trapped under them during normal use. We ended up installing three smaller areas for each section of our gym; this is working very well. Couple of things to be aware of when you first install this product: (1) there is a rubber smell that will dissipate within 24 hours and (2) there is an oily (?) film on the top that will go away with normal use over time. Overall a good product that is flexible and does its job well. Would recommend.

Excellent product, highly recommend
Was looking into mat for my home gym, saw they were around $300 for large, but not 12′ x 12″, this ws less than 1/2 the price. Interlocking system meant I could configure how I needed, lots of edge pieces provided, make any shape you would like. Nice and thick, 1/2 inch, protects floor well, does not slip, comfortable to do exercises on, highly recommend.

Great Product – Even The Dog Agrees!
I have a home gym and lead personal training sessions for a couple of my neighbors, and these mats have been an excellent addition. They provide great comfort during floor exercises like stretching, yoga, and fitness moves, as well as for higher-impact activities like jumping.I also move my vertical climbers under the mats before use to protect my floors from the weight and movement of the equipment.Since I have a smaller home, I often repurpose the mats in other ways. For example, for game nights, I add more mats and set up a card table and chairs on top of the mats to prevent floor damage from chairs being dragged around and unintended spills.The mats are easy to clean and, over time, they haven’t left any marks or damage on the flooring underneath.Overall, this is a great product that’s versatile, durable, and perfect for protecting my floors while supporting my active lifestyle!

Very Comfortable
I ordered this for a home gym I am building in my unfinished basement. The thickness is perfect. I frequently get back scuffs when doing sit-ups on hard floors. This flooring is just the right thickness and softness, so it is not too spongy and not to hard. I love the way it fits together perfectly. Additionally, it ships FAST and the price is significantly cheaper than any regular retail store. I will definitely buy more to eventually cover my whole basement floor.
