Great bed and amazing customer service
I bought this garden bed with mesh cover in November but started to assemble it in February, closer to a garden season. The bed itself feels very sturdy and convenient. I love the size and the feature with attached mesh to have a built-in barrier from hungry creatures. During assembly I found that some parts were mismatched and my initial thought was that I’m in trouble because return window has been already closed two months ago. I sent a message to the service department and was really surprised that they not only replied within 24 hours but sent me a replacement parts almost immediately. Very satisfying experience. Happy with my purchase and will consider to buy more from this seller when I figure out where to put more garden beds in my backyard.

Good Quality and Good Size
I purchased two of these raised beds. I really love them at this point especially the fact they have a net covering. My other 4 raised beds do not, so with these two raised beds, can put in my plants and such of which are at more risk of birds and such getting to them. And installing the poles. The one raised bed was a wee bit challenging to assemble – holes not lining up when applying the sections, but eventually got it all taken care of without further issue. Securing the netting was a wee bit challenge – tight – but managed to get that rectified, too. Both beds were missing the weed barrier that came with this particular model (with the watering system). I reached out to Customer Service and (1) got PROMPT response and (2) service was outstanding in taking care of the missing weed barriers. Khloee was very helpful to say the least in assisting me. And the weed barriers came quickly, too. I was surprised. Overall I am impressed with the service received and the product. I would probably look into purchasing something else from them in the future. The downside, though, was I had to research to find contact information to see about the missing weed barrier. There was no contact information in the Instructions – web link, phone number, email, etc. But once I FINALLY found the information I needed, the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this raised bed set up for sure. Thank YOU Khloee for all of your assistance! KUDOS to you!

Wonderful product, I’m buying more of these!
I bought one to try above ground gardening and it was so easy to set up. The net kept all the critters and bugs away for a wonderful bounty of fresh veggies and herbs! My cat didn’t even try once to go in there!

I am trying out 2 of those beds for helping the monarch and black swallow tail caterpillars and crysalis for not being eaten by predatory wasps. I hope this is going to work. Easy to assemble, also solid.

Had this only 8 months. Zippers don’t work well, string around bottom rotted, and too hard to connect hose to mister. Waste of money.

Well-made, sturdy and easy to assemble
With so many raised bed garden systems on the market, we settled on this one due to its appearance and excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! All parts were easily identified and assembling was easy, even with a three year old assistant. Instructions and diagrams are clear and easy to follow. The mesh screening is sturdy enough to keep deer out and the supporting frame is surprisingly rugged. We ordered the built in self-watering system which is really easy to assemble. Now to get it outside and put it to work once the weather warms for planting. The company also has larger raised bed systems which match in shape and color, allowing for expansion of your raised bed square footage.However, one major downfall that I found was the connection of the quick connect hose attachment leaked horribly. Because of that, the watering system is rendered nearly useless. I will be in contact with manufacturer to see what can be done to rectify that problem.

Best product and customer service ever !!!
I bought two of these. They came packaged very well with great instructions. One of the packages was missing one little connector part for the watering system. I sent an email to customer service with a picture of the part that was missing. In less than 24 hours customer service contacted me with an apology and had a replacement part on the way. The customer service is outstanding. I was dealing with Kelley and Jasmine. Not only did they send the one small part, I was missing, they sent several parts. So now I have replacement parts on hand. These raised beds were so easy to put together. I am blown away at the quality of the product. I highly recommend the raised beds from quictent.
