I take a statin and take this coq10 . The good thing about this product is that it contains beets which is also recommended for blood pressure control and nitric oxide production [ man thing ] . I’ve repurchased the supplements a few times, I enjoy the ease of them going down. I have noticed that I normally don’t have issues with my BP getting to high. The quality in my opinion is good, and I don’t burp up the taste of the pills. I think they are very efficient.

Life Changing
Maintains a healthy bp without drops or spikes. No side effects. I was having dizzy spells and feeling sluggish. 1 of these capsules per day cleared my head and got me going. Of course to maintain it, you have to be responsible by eating a more balanced diet and getting some exercise into your routine. That said, I felt a significant improvement in a matter of 48 hours.
