Works well but creaks a lot.
Works well. Easy to adjust addon feet to raise it up. Great for step aerobics. Only downside I see is it creaks a lot when I use it. Nothing is cracking or breaking, just creaks. Worth the price.

Really great, solid step. Bought one a few years ago, liked it so much, I recently bought another one for a friend.

As Described – better for smaller stature people
I think everything about this is as described. For a larger person 5’8” or taller ( wider stance) and perhaps an older person may be harder to maneuver on because it is narrower and not as wide as the full size versions from the 90’s (teal and magenta) Best to put a rug or a yoga mat under it so it does not slip on hard floors. I wear a size 9 shoe and I feel likeI have to really hit the mark or only my toes get on or my toes are coming off the front. I just started though so I may feel better after I do it more. But most instructors use the full size version for more intense workouts when they teach- wider stances are easier and safer. This is a great starter to see if step aerobics are your jam. For me i love the workout because it is low impact with awesome intensity that you can control. Hope this helps you guys in your search!

Excelente producto , me gusto el diseño, no es nada frágil , se ve que es de buena calidad y lo puedes poner a la altura que requieras , te puedes ayudar de otro escalón que tengas aún lado para realizar otro tipo de ejerciciosMe gusta especialmente el hecho de que cuando lo mueves, no tienes que hacerlo en pedazos.Se mueve fácilmente en una sola pieza, ahorrando tiempo y esfuerzo. Se une rápida y fácilmente, pero se puede desmontar con la misma rapidez y facilidad.Los tapones de goma en los pies evitan que se deslice sobre nuestros suelos lisos cuando se utiliza.

Resistente, llevo varios meses usándola 3 o 4 veces por semana, y hasta el momento no le encuentro desgaste. En mis rutinas incluyo realizar brincos y no se resbala. Tiene 3 niveles de altura, todos desmontables, para agregar dificultad.++Resistant, I have been using it 3 or 4 times a week for several months, and so far I have not found wear. In my routines I include jumping and not slipping. It is 3 levels high, all removable, to add difficulty.
