Works for me
I am in late 50s, average weight, not athletic, but in a good shape, and not fond of gyms, workout, and sweat. But I am used to a lot of walking, taking public transportation, and standing in class. That made me move up to 7 hours a day. With Covid, things changed: online teaching, lots of seating, working on the computer, etc. In the summer, I walk little outdoors due to very low tolerance to heat and humidity. This summarizes my need for this machine. Thanks to all the reviews, I bought it. It took 10 min to screw all the bolts on, and it was ready to work. I first used, but quickly removed, the press holder, for more movement. The elliptical is sturdy, makes no noise (I keep it on a yoga mat). is compact, and relatively easy to move around as needed, or fold and put away. It is ergonomic. I feel good tension in many areas when I walk on it: upper arms, legs, knees, buttocks, feet, toes, torso, neck. I invented several types of movement and have fun with them: skiing (with elevating the heel while on the pedals, and bending knees), torso twist walking (I turn left and right while “walking”), “Pinoccio” walk (leaning back on the air and using the straight leg posture, pulling back on the arm handles), and some others 🙂 I also use various speeds of walking. This machine gives me as much walking as I desire during those days when I have to stay home due to heat and work a lot online. Each day I feel more toning in all the muscles that are engaged in this walking. The fact that it has no expensive resistance device in it doesn’t bother me at all, because this thing can make you sweat and workout a lot, if that is what you want. It is the right elliptical for me, at the right price, and at the appropriate level of assembly and functionality.

Perfect for anyone with arthritis
I wanted something that would work in a small space and it does! It took me 30 minutes to put together. Thankfully the bolts were attached so no searching. A+ for that. I got on for a few minutes and it will take a minute to get used to. This is perfect for anyone a little older with limited mobility and the price is good also. I bought an exercise bike by this company about 8 years ago and still works like its brand new.

Only had it a couple of days but so far I’m happy with it for the price. It is very easy to assemble being 99% already done on arrival. I wanted something light and simple to increase my heart health, have bad knees so needed low impact.Love walking outside but between northern Canadian winters and my dog being older and slower this gives a bit of a boost…10 mins burned 96 calories according to the monitor…I like that you can choose to go slow with small strides or faster and kick it up a bit, though it did wobble a bit when going faster, not enough to be concerned about it falling over and no doubt due to it’s small footprint which I love having little room for exercise equipment. It feels fairly solid to me so I’m hoping it lasts a few years at least (some say the pedals break but I’m wondering if they are pushing the weight limit). If it breaks I will revisit this review however right now I am happy…
