Love it!
This step is great for doing traditional step workouts and is wide enough to do the other more intricate moves shown in many of the step workout videos. I love the adjustable height and how sturdy it is. It is very stable. Using the lowest step will save your knees while still letting you break a sweat!

Bought this for my husband and he loves how sturdy and functional it is. Very easy to assemble. We bought the steps for height adjustments. The color is grey which goes with our gym colors. There is no storage capacity.

It is the size of the steppers in the gym. Strong and stable. I can do step workouts at home. The bench doesn’t move when I use it and I don’t feel any give in it going on and off. I like the extra length. The length is good for laying on and doing bench exercises without having to get a weight bench. I don’t have a lot of space so I tried the shorter ones. Didn’t like them at all. So I decided I’ll have to make the room. Glad I did. It stays in the open where I use it until I have company. Then I take it apart and put it aside so no one trips on it.As for the complaints about the risers not being stored inside the step for storage and moving, I agree that is convenient I liked it. But for what I want, that is not a deal breaker. So I finally got rid of the other one I’ve had and got this. Glad I did.

I got this to start doing step aerobics at home instead of going to the gym. Turns out, my kids want one, too! I keep it out in the middle of the room, and when they have nothing to do, they just go up and down that thing until they’re huffing. I think it’s great. It’s very sturdy and has excellent grip. I was concerned that my wood floors would be too slippery, but nope—the step stays in place. I also use it as an incline for light weights. Quality item.

This thing is huge. I didn’t expect it to be. But it does fit perfectly beside my dresser in my office/work out space. I love the attachments to elevate your step up work out routine. I knew to it so I am only able to use the base platform. Great produce that is quality and stable.

I should’ve just purchased the tried and true Original Step from the start since I’m very familiar with them from using them in the countless step aerobics classes I’ve taken over the years. At the very least, I should’ve researched a little more thoroughly before settling on the exercise step (different brand/manufacturer) I eventually wound up buying.Though the first step I purchased has an overall rating of 4.5 stars, somehow I missed that there were only about 50 reviews when I made my purchase, and that a good number of the 4 and 5 star reviews were NOT written by verified purchasers.In comparison, The Original Step has an overall rating of 4.8 stars with nearly 5000 reviews, which were all written by verified purchasers from what I’ve seen.Performance-wise, The Original Step is 1000% better than the other exercise step I purchased (which I’m returning). The Original Step is sturdy and stays put on any surface, but I still use a yoga mat underneath for extra security. The other step had absolutely no grip or traction and kept lifting and shifting even during a low impact/low intensity workout with a yoga mat placed underneath.Aside from that, the Original Step was only slightly (approx $14) more expensive than the other step. The price of the other step has since dropped by almost $20, but it’s still overpriced if you ask me.Bottom line, don’t even entertain buying a different brand. IF you do decide to go with a different brand, be sure to compare the specs with that of The Original Step. And make sure you thoroughly check the reviews. If it has a high rating, but a majority of the 4 and 5 star reviews were NOT written by verified purchasers…PASS!

I Love This More and More!
I love everything about this aerobic platform!I love the fact that it’s so sturdy. I never feel unsafe when I’m using it, and I think it’ll last for years and years, if not decades.I love the fact that I can change the height so easily. It makes the platform more versatile. (Right now, I’m just beginning step aerobics again after a knee injury, and I have it at its lowest height, which is pretty low. In a week or two, I’ll be adding height to the platform, and that’s so easy to do.)I love the fact that I can store it so easily. When I’m not injured, I usually store it in my bedroom closet because, with a platform bed, I can’t store it under the bed. There is no “under the bed” space. Right now, though, due to my injury, I’m sleeping on a futon on the ground floor on my home, and I store this between two bookcases. It’s out of the way, and it won’t fall. It’s so easy to slide out every morning and every evening when I do my stepping.I love the fact that the surface is non-skid, especially since I’m recovering from an injury.I really love the fact that I’m gaining strength and mobility, as well as cardiopulmonary fitness, with every workout.If you’ve done step aerobics before, you know how great a workout it can be. If you haven’t done step aerobics, please know it’s an exercise that strengthens your legs, helps your balance, and gives you a good aerobic workout as well. If you’re just beginning exercise, however, take it slow. You’ll see more progress if you build slowly but steadily. Consistency is the key. And if you have a medical condition, be sure to check with your doctor first.I think this is the best aerobic platform I could have purchased. I love it, and I expect to gain a lot of strength and mobility from it very quickly. It’s been a real blessing for me.

Desde hace tiempo quería tener uno así, es tal cual como los que usaban en las clases de aerobics que iba yo hace años. Y aún más bonito porque este es color rosa. El único detalle es que debería venir con más escalones, para poder aumentar la altura. Compré unos por separado, pero viene un poquito diferente la medida. Eso sí se me hizo bastante caro, pero es un lujo que me di. 100% recomendable. Tiene excelente calidad.

The delivery was quick and promoted but was surprised to see how ruffed up the package was delivered. Which got me thinking is the item damaged plus are there any small items missing if any since the box was also torn. But once I opened the box I was delighted to find the stepper parts where all there and nothing was damaged.Strong and durable.The Step F1011W comes with two sets of legs which can be applied when needIng a different height. I find the length of the Step F1011W to be the proper size for performing the routines as well as secured to the floor especially when standing or stepping to one end of the unit. I am very pleased with my purchase.
