    Perfect to establish routine & track progress
    My 14 year old nephew is just getting into lifting for strength training as he is a hockey player. My husband lifts and has most of his adult life for fitness and definition. When starting anything new it’s always good to document what works and what doesn’t. What you personally get results from vs what doesn’t work for your individual body make up and objectives. This has really helped my nephew dial into what works for him vs doing what his uncle has been doing for 30+ years. Different objectives and end results wanted. Highly recommended for anyone looking to document and establish a routine. Nice size and easily portable in a back pack or gym bag. Great price for all you get.

    Nice for the price
    It does what you’d hope it would do; it allows you to journal your workouts, particularly reps and weight. My only critique, and it’s like this for all the journals I’ve seen, is I would prefer vertical logging versus horizontal. This would allow more room for those sets that exceed the number of entries provided.

    Fitness log
    I had been looking for a simple weight training log book for literally years. I needed a log book that I would be able to log weight and reps for 6 sets. This log allows me that luxury, plus an additional entry area for cardio training, supplements and ounces of water consumed throughout the day or during training session. I really like the fact that when opened, the book lays FLAT.It is designed to be used to log workout sessions on a page per day basis. I have a very limited time for my training sessions so I have multiple days per page with a slash and date separating days.When I fill this log book I am already planning on ordering another. Simply put….. this works for me.My only suggestion for improvement……include a pen/ pencil with a holder.

    GREAT!
    Very nice book. I am using it to record my progress with a step dvd I bought and my time/distance on my recumbent bike. I was just diagnosed with very high cholesterol and after dieting made it worse (go figure) so I need to start working out too…and it’s much more motivating when you can record your progress. 😉
