Good price and easy to use
Good price and easy to use. Used for a basic upholstery project to staple new outdoor fabric over a foam cushion/board on patio chairs. Worked well.

Good while it works
It worked well for the first 100ish staples, but then got jammed and couldn’t be fixed so now we can’t use it anymore

Very nice quality stapler – works perfect
I wasn’t sure what to expect purchasing the stapler. I needed a stapler for small staples that are 4 mm deep.I put the proper sized staples in and voila, staple gun put the staples in very tight and worked very well with the default force setting. No need to mess with that for these little staples. I was very impressed with the stapler putting the staples into wood and being flush without pushing a staples in too far or not far enough.I am very satisfied with this stapler and would highly recommend for any hobbyist or anybody doing small stapling with the quality tool. Well worth the money spent.## after using it a bit ##Had a small issue with the 4 mm deep staples. Only use a short stack when using very short depth stables because they were arch up inside the stapler and cause a jam. Very fortunate the stapler pops apart to clean up rogue staples inside.Other then figuring that out, stapling was a breeze.

Works great. Very powerful.
Very versatile tool. I reupholstered my old e34 back seat with some old pleather i had laying around. Unit will sometimes break staples it is so powerful it is hard to get accurate shots so you have to learn to compensate.I had no problem on wood but it wont go through steel yet 😆 people that say it doesn’t work are probably loading the staples wrong. You have to open the clip and place staples in front of the slot where loading mechanism is not in the sheath of the slider.

Trying to do too many things…or something
This thing is pretty and feels great in your hand. And it puts a staple into a piece of corrugated cardboard or a stick of butter (as long as it’s not cold) like a champ! If you essentially need a thumbtack, but want to feel like a construction worker…this NEEDS to be in your tool belt. Here’s my story, in case it’s helpful to anyone else considering DIY reupholstering using this morsel of Amazon eye candy…Bought this to attempt to attach a new leather cover to the center console armrest in my car.Included staples were too deep (would’ve poked through my armrest), so I bought some 1/4″ Arrow J21 staples, which loaded nicely… They wouldn’t penetrate leather and armrest, no matter how firmly I made sure the head of the stapler was against the surface, and no matter how much (or how little) tension I applied through the tension adjustment knob. All this thing did was smash the snot out of every staple – and slowly ruin the edge of my new armrest cover – as staple after mangled staple crunched into it rather than going into the surface like it was supposed to!I assumed it was a weak staple problem, which seemed weird, because the previous cover had been installed with lightweight staples that looked pretty much exactly like the ones I couldn’t get to penetrate… Anyway since this is a “4-in-1″ stapler, I went BACK to the big box store and bought ANOTHER box of staples, this time, name-brand, Arrow T50 (heavy duty) 1/4” staples, and headed home again SURE that I finally had what I’d need. BUT NO!!! This staple gun, despite its 4-in-1 claim, failed to penetrate the armrest a single time with these staples! Not only that, but it mangled every single one of them, and jammed on nearly every discharge of them so that I needed pliers to rip the remains of the staple out of the jaws of the stapler so that I could even get it to spit another out!I decided to try one last thing before concluding that I was trying to do an impossible project, and starting to look for a local upholstery shop to clean up my mess.I went BACK to the big box store ONE MORE TIME and bought an Arrow JT27 staple gun…made for one purpose: applying J21 staples. When I got back home, I loaded some staples, aligned the console cover, and fired the first staple straight into the plastic, exactly where I meant it to be, no mangling. I got my cover on…but not with this hunk of scrap metal.Truth be told, I wish this HAD worked. It was WAY more comfortable to use than the JT27 is. But I kinda need a tool to WORK more than I need it to be pretty or sexy or covered in memory foam or whatever. Now if you’ll excuse me, I am going to go sit in my car, lean on my like-new center console, and contemplate why I can’t just have it all…

When using the upholstery staple gun, I noticed it’s not up to par in terms of quality. The operation isn’t as smooth as expected, and there’s a noticeable wobbling, making it seem like it wasn’t put together quite right. It’s a bit frustrating to use with these issues. It’s not sturdy. The fittings are loose and shaky, not satisfied with the overall aesthetic

Will not staple in wood, they just bend and flatten. Not talking about hard wood, just 2 by 4s.But I guess, it would do a good job on softer material
