I attempted to file a claim online but kept getting a message that the manufacturer warranty may still be in place so to check with them first. There was not a manufacturer warranty and it took me three phone calls and a couple correspondence but finally was able to get the claim paid by Asurion.

I was a little disappointed. The welding underneath the base, was not as complete as I felt it should be. In my opinion the base is not really sturdy enough to hold the chair without it being rickety. I want to know are there any suggestions on how to fix the base to be sturdie (I was maybe thinking I could get 20 lb magnets that would hold the base better). Other than that the look the feel of the chair itself is well. I did expect to be able to sit in it and it lift me and let me down. It only lifts you when you’re sitting in it. All in all I am going to keep the chairs. Next time I will try another brand probably because I need two more.
