GREAT chair!!
7 Month UPDATE: I am still LOVING this chair!!! I’ve had it now for 7 months and everything works well — the phone charger, the USB connection, and the buttons to recline and or adjust the headrest work flawlessly.I had my other knee replaced 2 months after purchasing this chair and not only was I comfortable in it for hours every day but it gave me the confidence to be able to be able to stand up without pain & fear the chair would slip or rock away from me while standing. It also reclines back to a flat position, so I was able to elevate & ice my knee at the proper levels.I find this to be a really comfortable chair and love the storage in the armrests too. I can actually fold up the throw (blanket) that I am using and put it in one of the arm rest storage areas because they are super deep.I HIGHLY recommend buying this chair here on Amazon, you won’t be disappointed in the least with the chair and you’ll be amazed at how fast it will arrive in comparison to buying from the furniture store.I had knee replacement surgery and besides the ice machine I bought, this chair is the 2nd best investment I’ve made for my recovery!! Having the power features and the over all comfort, I couldn’t be happier. I’m on the shorter end at only 5’2” so when I sit all the way back in the seat pan before reclining, my feet don’t touch the floor, but that has helped with therapy for my knee!! Once I recline, it takes pressure off of my spine/tail bone and I’ve even had some really nice naps in the chair!! It’s SO comfortable!! This same chair was on display at a local furniture store when I originally went to check out power lift chairs — thinking that’s what I needed to get me to my feet easier. When I saw this chair and tried it out…I knew it was the one!! The solid arms and seat are at the perfect height for me to be able to use my core and arms/legs to get up comfortably and no knee pain at all!!I then searched Amazon and the same chair was offered for a lot less $$$ AND delivery was within a week vs. the furniture store was adding on $$ for delivery fee and it would’ve been 6-8wks for delivery.I am very happy with this chair.

This furniture I think is the best set of furniture by Ashley. Its firm, it reclines, scratch proof and water proof. I saw the demonstration in the store and I knew I had to purchase it. I don’t own a pet but I watched the video with cats and dogs on this set and it didn’t leave one mark or scratch. It has a slot to charge your phone or connect a USB cord. It’s fantastic.

Comfy Chair, Bad Delivery
Nice and comfy power chair at a reasonable price. Assembly is easy its just snapping the back in the brackets. Took longer getting it out of the box than putting it together. Recline is great, but keep in mind may be a bit small for 6ft+ folks. I didn’t mind but some might. Arm storage will be great for remotes and game controllers.Reason for 3 stars was the delivery. They gave me a 3 hour window which isn’t a big deal and they were suppose to call me when they were 30 minutes out. I figure I go to work then head home when they call. It was a good thing I left early because they never called me at all even as I watched them deliver something to a neighbor. Then when the deliever they can’t get it through my door even though if you turn it at an angle it wouldve been an easy fit. No biggie I ask for help taking the door off the hinge and they couldn’t oblige. Long story short great chair for the price but delivery can just be a bad experience.

So I’m not tall by any means. 5 ft 9 maybe 5 ft 10 on a good day.My feet and ankles extend well beyond the leg rest when reclining. Making it insanely uncomfortable. This forces me to bend my legs to keep my legs on the rest.The head rest is way too high, it’s designed for someone with a long body.Both me and my boy made the mistake of falling asleep in this recliner. I woke up only a few hours later thinking my spine got ripped out.This chair…. Is NOT meant for comfort. Which tells me they truly don’t test their products on all body types. I will keep it for image and temporary guests. It does look nice.If so could give this a half star for comfort I would.Good for short term 30 minutes or less sitting.
