The 80 year old wood treads are in desperate need of a good sanding, so I decided to purchase a sander.I chose this one because of the low price and decent reviews. So far this sander is working great! It only took a few minutes to remove all the old stain and reveal the wood grain on one tread.It’s very easy to use. I am not someone who ever uses power tools (I don’t even own a power drill…) and I would say this is extremely easy to use. You pretty much just slap on a sanding pad and flip the switch on.It also doesn’t generate a massive amount of dust thanks to the filter at the back. It’s not extremely loud to the point that you would need ear protection but it is noisy obviously.I’m super happy with this sander and super happy I don’t have to sand every tread by hand 😅 definitely worth the $25! I can’t wait to finish my stairs now!!

Dependable and Light
I replaced my old SKIL sander of the same model with this new one. My old one was at least 20 years old and still ran but the pad hooks finally wore out. It is one of my most used tools for refinishing furniture and I expect to get years of service from it. Also it is lighter and better designed than my old model, I highly recommend.

Just what I needed.
I was in the middle of a project when I realized that my circular sander was not going to do the job so I went to Amazon and ordered this. It was priced right, arrived quickly and made it easy to get into those tight spots. The included sand paper was a good start but I also ordered an additional pack of sandpaper so I wouldn’t run out. The hook and loop system worked well. I didn’t have any sandpaper come loose. The dust collection filter was also good but I ended up removing it and hooking the sander to my shop vac which worked great. I can see that I will get a lot of use out of this sander. I should have bought one sooner.

I have small hands with carpal tunnel and arthritis. This mouse sander is the perfect size and love that it vacuums the dust, as I live in an apartment and it can get dusty otherwise.Bought extra sanding paper to go with this sander and I just love it for the DIY projects I have to do with some furniture.Highly recommend!!!

The box contained sanding paper all the same shape not happy as I needed the different shapes so can’t use them for the job I’m trying to finish was supposed to be mixed paper Tegards Moira MEIKLE

Sander is very comfortable in the hand. Sandpaper size they say to buy with it are great for the price but size is a little smaller than the base for the sander. Still work well though.
