It used to be that when you bought a new phone, it came with everything needed to charge at home or in car. Not so now. I was so excited to finally upgrade to a new phone but that quickly turned to disappointment when I got in my car and bluetooth refused to disconnect and old Apple power charging cord was completely useless. Mobile phone store was all out of adapters and sent me to a local discount store, which also was sold out. Thanks to Amazon and next day delivery, I was soon back in business. This should be included with all new phones but since it’s not, this is the next best thing. Works great, great price. And thank you for not using USPS for delivery.

Did not work with my MagSafe Belkin charger. Lots of blips.
I bought this gizmo to use in my car. My new Belkin Magsafe charger, with 15w. cable, has a usb-c connection. It came with a car power supply which connected into a port in my arm console. However, I wanted to plug it into the USB port below the radio on my dash to minimize the amount of cables stretching around. So I bought this adapter. It fit just fine. However, the charging was very intermittent. I drove for 30 minutes and the charge only went from 82% to 83%. I checked multiple times to make sure the connection was secure. I then plugged the belkin back into the car power supply for the ride home and it charged back to 100% very quickly without any blips.LMUBOY says the cable must be 15w to charge effectively with Magsafe. And the Belkin charger is indeed 15w. It just didn’t work for this purpose. The adapter may still come in handy at home for other devices. Just not how I needed it.
