This works well,was easy to clean and put together. It is silent, I can’t hear it at all. It is cool. My little dogs just walk past it right now. I want to say the cord is 6 feet . That was something I couldn’t find anywhere in the description. This is great and a great price. I love it. I’m hoping it makes my dogs drink more water. I got stainless steel one because it stays cooler.

Excellent product for your pets. Most of the time your pets don’t drink enough water especially if you feed them dry food. The flowing water and lighting almost attracts them, as well as natural instinct of drinking flowing water kicks in. The stainless steel is what I went with for the cleaning and it looks nice too. Cleaning is quick and easy. Just taking the components a part, remove the pump and you can simply wash everything and rinse the pump and filter. Overall I’d say get one your pets will love it. This is my second the first got damaged, but I did have it a year or so before it got destroyed.

This water fountain was very easy to assemble, extremely quiet and looked great in the space for which it was intended.However, my 11 year old brat cat would not go near it!…he resorted to drinking from the toilets which he has never done.Return was surprisingly easy (idiot proof) great product and service!!

So far so good. Although I just got it yesterday, I really like it. It looks very nice, I had no trouble setting it up, and it’s working great. I had a water fountain for my cats before, and it didn’t hold enough water. Nor was it stainless steel. This is also much more affordable than the ones at the Pet stores.

I purchased this item mid September and the pump stopped working. I’ve cleaned the product more than once and the pump is still not working. Would not recommend this product as it’s unreliable.
